The best marketers are always testing and evolving with the market. In fact, we believe it is the single most important aspect of marketing.
And we know it isn’t always easy to test the market when you’re a small or niche business, your reach is limited, and it’s hard to achieve economies of scale, especially when trying to attract new customers so we launched Toronto Common in 2013 to help make it easier.
Toronto Common is a powerful market testing tool. We are constantly building an audience of local customers looking to try new things in the city and by using events instead of coupons or samples, we can measure not only price points, but also specific product testing, dates, times and even locations for businesses with multiple locations.
We work with various businesses and offers and can provide guidance, expertise, and analytics.
Our Market Testing Workshop combines Toronto Common events with hands-on, on-site training in offer strategy, market testing, and event promotion.
This 3 month program includes 2 hrs of strategy training each month, and 2 hrs of live promotion and social media training each month.
We will work with you to create an event, test it in the market, review and adjust and re-launch for 2 subsequent months.
